What if I am delayed in my trip and I don’t return for my pet in timely manner?
If you are delayed in your trip, please notify us as soon as you can. We will make sure your pet is well taken care of until you are able to return for him/her. However we do not hear from you in couple days,regarding a delay in your return, we may mistake this to mean that your pet has been abandoned at our facility.
What do I need to bring?
The only thing we ask you to bring is your dog’s food.
It’s best to keep your dogs diet that they are used to in order to minimize any digestive upset and of course your dog medications if he/she uses any. We also encourage you to bring anything your pet feels comfortable with bed, blanket, toys, etc.
When do I pay for your service?
A 50% deposits is required at time of drop off and remaining balance will be due upon pick up. lf you have someone else picking up your pet,payment arrangements need to be made in advance.
Can I visit your facility before I bring my pet?
Please understand, We provide the services out of our home. At time of drop off you are Welcomed in to fill out all the appropriate paperwork and take a look around.

Do I need reservations?
-Yes, reservations are required. A reservation made in advance will secure your spot in daycare or for boarding, which is important during our busy weekends and holidays. You can call us or text us at (915)929-5033

Is my pet always supervised while at Dog's Day Inn?
Yes, your pet will be supervised 24 hours a day.
What is the difference between “dog daycare” and “dog boarding?”
Dog daycare generally means that you’re leaving your dog for a period of time during the day; while your at work, taking a day trip, shopping, etc. You would then pick your dog up by the end of that same day. Dog Boarding simply means that you’re leaving your dog for one or more nights; while on vacation, business trips, etc.
Do you offer a discount if I have two dogs?
Yes, we offer multiple dog discounts. Please contact us for more information on prices and discounts.
Do you offer a discount for extended stays?
Yes, we offer discounts for stays 14 nights or longer.

Where are you located?
We’re located in the east side of El Paso off of Zaragoza and Pellicano. We provide our services out of our Home.
What if my pet is on medication?
We are more than happy to dispense oral and topical medications in your absence at No Additional Cost. Please bring the medications in their original packaging and we will administer them as directed. At this time we are not able to give any injections or intravenous medications.
Are all breeds welcome?
Yes, We do not discriminate against any breeds.
How is Dog's Day Inn different from other boarding facilities?
During the day,our borders receive lots of play time in our indoor/outdoor play areas,our play areas are spacious. All dogs at Dog's Day Inn are actively engaged in play throughout the day. We include this exercise,plus feeding and administering routine medications in our rates.There are NO EXTRA charges to have your dog treated as it would be at home.
